My practice
- Guardianships/Conservatorships - Attorney Maduro has assisted clients with petitions in both guardianships and conservatorships . In addition she has served as both a guardian and conservator. She recognizes that these matters can be emotionally charged and stressful. It has been her privilege to be help those that find themselves needing her services in this area with compassion. Attorney Maduro is also certified as a Roger's Monitor enabling her to serve those who need to receive antipsychotic medication.
- Guardian Ad Litem - Attorney Maduro has served as a Guardian Ad Litem/Investigator for purposes of investigating visitation and custody issues in contested matters in the Probate Court. This work requires assisting families at times when they may be in crisis.
- Parenting Coordinator - Attorney Maduro serves as a parenting coordinator for couples who need assistance to successfully co-parent. The focus of this service is based upon the best interest of the children. Parents are given assistance in productive communication as well as assistance in reaching resolutions or decisions regarding their children. Attorney Maduro has been taken the requisite courses required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Real Estate Law - Providing both residential and commercial egal services for purchasing or leasing commercial and residential property. Attorney Maduro is also experienced in reverse mortgages which is a loan available to homeowners 62 years and older and allows them to convert part of the equity in their home to cash.
- Bankruptcy - Filing bankruptcy takes careful preparation and understanding of legal issues. Misunderstanding of the law can affect your rights. Attorney Maduro has specialized knowledge of the complexities of bankruptcy and how to navigate the process and will assist you in determining whether filing bankruptcy is in your best interest, and if so, under which chapter you should file. She will explain the laws and procedures, help you complete the forms, advise you about discharging debts, tax consequences, whether to continue to pay creditors and most importantly about keeping your home , car or other property,
- Referrals and Second Opinions. - Attorney Maduro is happy to accept referrals and provide second opinions for all areas of the law in which she is well versed. She recognizes that you have a relationship with your client and does not wish to interfere with that relationship. She prides herself on performing quality legal services and representation of your clients. By doing this she strives to enhance your attorney/client relationship.
